Each department at CLASS handles
its requests in the order they are received,
whether they were sent by email, phone, fax, or mail.

When contacting CLASS, address your message to the attention
of the appropriate department for proper routing (see Choosing
a Department).
This information may be placed in the subject line of your email, or

All phone calls are handled by our Customer Service Department. The first
available representative will answer your call in the order it was received.
Unless you are calling with general questions about our program, make
sure you have your Family ID or Student ID handy; our representatives
will not be able to help you if you cannot provide this information. If
your call requires a response from another department, that department
will be notified. If the representative is unable to answer your question,
he will take your name and phone number and call you back.
You may use our Customer
Service Call Log (PDF version) to record all relevant details of your call.

Faxed correspondence should be submitted with the same information as
mailed letters—include your name, Family and Student IDs, and the department
to which you want the fax directed (see Choosing
a Department).
Remember that a fax, by definition, is a photocopy. Faxes are not originals. Do
not fax a document (e.g., CAT answer sheet or Westpoint application form) that
must treated as an original; mail it instead. Similarly, if you want us to fax
a document (e.g., a transcript) to you or another school, make sure a photocopy
will be accepted prior to making your request.
Do not fax coursework or tests to CLASS. Course materials must be received
in their original form. Tests and R&I sheets will not be accepted by fax
unless prior approval has been granted.
To contact CLASS by fax, use the following number.

Faxed enrollments must be paid by charge card (VISA, MasterCard, or Discover
card). Payments for other services may also be made at this number, provided
the payment is made with an acceptable charge card.
You may fax your enrollment applications and payments to the following
number.

All written correspondence should be sent to the address listed below. Remember
to include your name, Family ID, and Student ID, as well as the appropriate department
to which you want the letter directed (see Choosing
a Department).
Do not send any coursework with your correspondence; mail it in a separate envelope.
Responses to letters submitted with coursework may be significantly delayed.
