Class Administration Plan
Tuition for the CLASS Administration Plan (CLASS Plan) covers enrollment, achievement testing, curriculum development, textbooks, tests, handbook, grading, report cards, diplomas, initial transcript, standard shipping methods inside the continental U.S., special mailings, and legal information. Electives, excess and foreign shipping charges, and postage costs for mailing course work back to CLASS are extra.

Discounts are available for all students during our annual Early Bird Special in the spring. Additionally, our referral program awards tuition vouchers ($30.00 each) for referring new families to CLASS.

Tuition may be paid by check, money order, or charge card (VISA, MasterCard, or Discover card), and should be mailed with the application. Online and faxed orders must be paid by charge card. Payment made by check or money order must be in U.S. dollars and drawn on a U.S. bank. Include your family name and (if known) your family ID on the check or money order. If you are paying for materials or services unrelated to tuition, enclose a separate check and itemize them in the comment line. Do not include any course work with your payment.

If you pay tuition by check, curriculum development and shipment will be delayed ten (10) business days to ensure that your check has cleared the bank. Paying by money order or charge card eliminates this delay.

To inquire about paying for other services, contact our Customer Service Department.

  Time Payment Plan
If you are enrolling in the CLASS Administration Plan and are unable to pay your tuition in full at the time of enrollment, you may arrange for a time payment plan. This plan requires half down and allows you to spread fifty percent (50%) of the tuition payment over either a three (3) month or a six (6) month time span. The service charge on a three month time payment is $5.00 per student; the six month service charge is $10.00 per student.

Contact Customer Service for a Time Payment Agreement Form prior to enrollment. The completed form and the down payment must be submitted with the enrollment application.

When you submit an installment payment, mark the envelope “Attn: Finance Office.” Families who have been granted a time payment plan for tuition costs may not add previous or subsequent purchases to the plan. Subsequent purchases must be paid in full within thirty (30) days [sixty (60) days for foreign enrollments] of billing. Outstanding balances must be paid prior to enrollment.

Time payment plans are only available for CLASS Plan enrollments.

  Hardship Appeal
If you are unable to pay half down or need more than six (6) months to pay, contact our Customer Service Department for a Hardship Appeal packet. Hardship appeals will require confirmation of your need, including letters from doctors, pastors, employers, and/or court officers. Hardship appeals are only available for CLASS Plan enrollments.

  Scholarships
Christian Liberty offers scholarships to families who are struggling financially to provide a Christian education within the home rather than send their children to public school. The family must cover one-third of the overall enrollment costs. The family’s church and/or Christian support organization must cover one-third, and Christian Liberty will cover the remaining third.

Because CLASS has no means of confirming a family’s financial need, we leave this responsibility with the local church or support organization—those who are closest to the family. The willingness of the church/support organization to help pay the tuition cost serves as corroboration of financial need.

Payments made by the church/support organization must be drawn on their account; a family may not write a check to cover the church/organization’s portion. Additionally, payment from the family must be in the form of a check or money order. CLASS will not accept credit card payments for scholarship applications.

You may view the terms and conditions and download the scholarship agreement (PDF version only). Or, if you would like the forms sent to you, contact our Customer Service Department. Both CLASS Plan and Family Plan families may apply for scholarships.

Family Administration Plan
Tuition for the Family Administration Plan (Family Plan) covers enrollment, achievement testing, curriculum development, textbooks, tests, handbook, standard shipping methods inside the continental U.S., special mailings, and legal information. Electives, as well as excess and foreign shipping charges, are extra. Under the Family Plan, CLASS does not provide grading, report cards, diplomas, or transcripts.

Discounts are available for all students during our annual Early Bird Special in the spring. Additionally, our referral program awards tuition vouchers ($30.00 each) for referring new families to CLASS.
