CLASS’s first grade reading materials are designed for students who have already completed a year of phonics-based reading. If your student is having difficulty reading sentences and stories with simple one and two-vowel words and consonant blend word groupings, please state this in the comments section of your enrollment application so we can adjust your curriculum accordingly.
Note: You may, or we might, choose different courses from different grade levels if they are more appropriate for your student. CLASS reserves the right to modify course selection based on standardized test scores, course availability, and previous course assignments.
