The student will then study the original texts of a number of Supreme Court rulings delivered over a period of 200 years, responding to questions and writing summaries pertaining to these court decisions. Through this study, the student will learn how the original principles of freedom that compelled the Founders have been compromised, and will be equipped, as an enlightened citizen, to participate intelligently in civil discussion aimed at returning our nation to the intentions and spirit of the founding.
